Order Processing:
All orders may take at least 24 to 48 hours to process. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday. You will receive tracking information from Fedex when your order is scanned during shipment. In order to avoid communication issues, please allow your email account to receive emails from acuraautoparts@aol.com and Fedex. Emails may be sent regarding order status or information.
Backordered/Discontinued Items:
There is a chance that some items may end up on back order or have been discontinued by Honda.
If this is the case, you will receive an email explaining this information.
A backorder release date will be given if that information is available.
Discontinued items are no longer produced and are not available to us or any dealer.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges may vary depending on the final weight and size of the item.
Larger items require larger boxes and may qualify as oversized with FedEx.
This will increase shipping charges on your order.
Shipping costs will then be adjusted when your order ships and you will be sent a new order
confirmation. If you have any questions on which items are considered oversized,
please email us at acuraautoparts@aol.com.
Handling:
All orders will be assessed a 4.95 handling fee.
Hazardous Materials/Dangerous Goods:
Some items such as air bags and seat belt tensioners are considered hazardous materials because they have pressurized or explosive parts. These items must be special ordered through us from Honda by specific VIN number for your vehicle. Please specify your VIN number in the special instructions box during checkout along with the mileage of the vehicle. These items take normally about 5-7 business days for us to receive them to ship out. Additional shipping charges will be added for these items.
Shipping Boundaries:
We only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping.
We use Fedex as our primary shipping provider, but can also ship to P.O Boxes and APO addresses using the United States Postal Service.
For orders being shipped to those types of addresses, we will call or send an email with the shipping charges for the order.

Body Parts and Glass:
Certain body parts and automotive glass are unable to be shipped because their size and risk of damage during transit.
Therefore, we do not offer a shipping option for these items. These items can be picked up only.
If you have a question to see if your item does not qualify for shipping,
please send us an email with the part number to acuraautoparts@aol.com.
Remanufactured Parts:
All remanufactured parts carry a core charge. This core charge may range anywhere from 30.00 to 100.00.
The core charge will be refunded to the consumer upon receipt of the old parts.
You must include a copy of the invoice with the return. If you have any questions about core charges,
