Return Policy

You  must email acuraautoparts@aol.com to request a  return. Please reference the order number and part number you would like to  return in the email. We will then submit the information and if approved, email  you back with return instructions and an RMA number. Any returns sent without  notice, without an RMA number or that do not comply with the policies stated  below will be returned to the sender at their own expense.


No return on electrical parts.

No return on special  ordered items. (If you have any questions on which items are considered special  ordered, please call or email for more information).

No returns on  special ordered or color matched items without submitting a VIN number with your  order.

All returns must be unused and in original packaging and must be  sent with a copy of the invoice.

20% restocking fee applies to all  invoices.

No credit after 15 days. (15 days applies from the date the  package is shown to be delivered to the date it is sent back to us.)

Damaged Items/Goods:

When your order  arrives, please check it over to see if there are any damaged parts. If so, we  may need to file a claim with FedEx and get replacement parts sent out to you.  Please send us an email or give us a call and notify us of the situation. We  will do our best to get a replacement sent out to you as quickly as possible.  All damaged notifications must be brought to our attention within 48 hours from  the date the package is shown to be delivered. We will be unable to assist with  any notifications past this time period.
